Davenham Switchgear saw a €66m surge in revenue as it inked its acquisition
As Davenham Switchgear was signing on the dotted line on its acquisition by electrical equipment multinational Legrand, its revenue and profits were spiking to their highest yet. New consolidated accounts filed with the CRO show just why the Dublin-headquartered firm became a prime acquisition target for the French industrial group. For the year ended in October 2024, it brought in revenue of €166.6 million, which was up from the €100.3 million the year prior.
