Last year, seven directors of Manguard Plus Ltd, one of Ireland’s largest security companies, all resigned as part of a company restructuring.  This left just two directors of the business, company founder Sean Hall and his son Darren. It was a big change at the business, which was founded in 1991.  Employing more than 1,000 people, Manguard has revenues of more than €40 million. But what is happening inside the company? What next?
