“We want to double profitability in the industry”: Sheridan raises $37m for Nory
Conor Sheridan has grown used to telling his story in numbers. In 2018, his fried chicken chain Mad Egg was generating millions in revenue from just a handful of outlets. In 2021, his hospitality tech spin-off Nory raised €2 million in seed capital. Now, less than five years later, the company has attracted a total of more than $62.6 million from some of Europe’s most selective investors.
