Over a year ago, Irish blockchain company QPQ Limited took one of its investors to court, claiming he appropriated its tech for his own company. As Francesca reported at the time, the Dutch investor, Geert Schute, is alleged to have lifted the intellectual property from QPQ’s product 1DLT and harnessed it for another product developed by his Swiss-based company RunTime Machines.
