Presidio acquires John Purdy’s Ergo in €100m deal


Presidio, a global digital services and solutions provider, is acquiring a controlling position in Ergo, the Irish-owned IT services company. The private equity-backed group is estimated to value the business at €100 million or more but the exact terms of the transaction are not known.  Presidio has revenues of $5.8 billion (€7.29 billion), 3,500 employees, and over 6,250 customers. It previously acquired Irish company Arkphire for €120 million in 2020.
