Revenue legal action to be resolved “amicably”, says McKillen Jr
The Revenue’s collector general Joe Howley issued a High Court summons against Paddy McKillen Jr this week in a dispute the businessman says will be resolved amicably. The tax authority initiated the legal action on Tuesday against McKillen Jr personally, court records show. A spokeswoman for McKillen Jr told The Currency that the dispute centred on wage subsidy refunds connected to his former Press Up hospitality group, and had transferred to his name following the related companies’ change of ownership.
