A leading investor in the pioneering insect farming business Hexafly is suing the company weeks after it completed a capital restructuring, new court and company records show. Forsage Holdings, which previously led a funding round for Hexafly, issued a summary summons on Tuesday against Toggam Enterprises, the company trading as Hexafly. The nature of the proceedings suggests a demand for payment.
