Donald Trump’s Truth Social has tapped the Dublin offices of Pinsent Masons to defend its trademark in Europe. The US president’s social media company, represented by Pinsent Masons Ireland LLP, successfully cancelled a trademark for “truth social” held by a Luxembourg man who had challenged the US company on its ability to use the term in Europe.
