No “free ride”: Judge refuses Grafter injunction to re-enter Dublin buildings
Paddy McKillen Jr’s serviced offices business Grafter has failed to secure an injunction to eject receivers from three central Dublin properties it previously operated. In a Commercial Court judgment this Friday, Justice Michael Twomey rejected a motion from Perfect Stripe Ltd trading as Grafter, a company controlled by McKillen Jr, for an interlocutory injunction to recover possession of the buildings Grafter rented at 6-7 St Stephen’s Green, 10 Ely Place, and 41 Leeson Street.
