Camden Yard to go back on the market after exclusivity talks end with European real estate fund
Camden Yard, the stalled development on a prime site in Dublin 2 that is currently in receivership, is set to come back on the market after a European real estate fund failed to close its acquisition of the site by last Friday. Orange Capital Partners (OCP) had been in exclusive negotiations to purchase the site since last August, having submitted a €91 million offer — just above the €90 million guide price.
